3. NO REFUND POLICY

All services provided by eRocket Media Marketing are non-refundable. Once a business requests a service and payment is made, we immediately begin work. Due to the nature of our services, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Once a service is requested and payment is made, no refunds will be provided.

• Any remaining balance must be paid in full before the final delivery of the service.

• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment for services must be made as per the agreed contract or invoice.

• For services with installment payments, the final installment must be completed before the full service is delivered.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not completed on time.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for:

• Reviewing deliverables within the specified timeframe and providing timely feedback.

• Making payments as per the agreed terms.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials or respond to requests.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, designs, and materials created by eRocket Media Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership rights for deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in a contract.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of business.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• eRocket Media Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We do not guarantee specific results, as success depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• A client violates these Terms.

• A client fails to make payments as agreed.

• We determine that continuing the service would be harmful to our business or reputation.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
